Today I woke up early again and was able to get out and
do my stretching and exercises before the girls woke up and breakfast was ready. Once the girls woke up we all day breakfast together and spent the morning relaxing on the beach. After lunch we all headed up to the community centre...

Jan Keast attended the BC Leadership Prayer Breakfast this morning at the Westin Bayshore, also attended by Christy Clark, Adrian Dix, Gregor Robertson, Judy Graves, Paolo Aquilini and many more. The following is “a prayer for the province.”
